What are credits
Credits are used to measure how much you use the platform. Each image upscale generally uses 1 credit, though this may vary by complexity of the transformation.
Do I need to sign up for upscaling images?
Sign-up is required for bulk transformations and full access to the console. Without signing up, you can upscale one image per day for free.
Is Upscale.media free?
You get 3 free credits when you sign up, no payment required. You can use these to try out the platform. For regular or bulk use, you can switch to a subscription or pay-as-you-go plan.
Should I use pay-as-you-go credits or a subscription plan?
Use pay-as-you-go if you only need to process a few images occasionally. For ongoing or bulk use, a subscription plan offers better value.
What if I exhaust my credit limit?
You can top up your account anytime using pay-as-you-go credits, or upgrade to a higher subscription plan based on your needs.
What happens to unused credits at the end of the month?
Unused monthly credits expire at the end of each billing cycle. If you want more flexibility, pay-as-you-go credits are also available.
Can I cancel, upgrade, or downgrade my subscription?
Yes. You can change your plan from the pricing section or reach out to support for assistance. For custom plans, we’re happy to schedule a consultation.

How accurate is the upscaling?

Will I be charged automatically when my free credits run out?
No, you will not be charged automatically when your free credits are exhausted. Upscale.media only processes payments if you choose to purchase additional credits or subscribe to a plan. You remain in control and can decide when, and if, you want to upgrade.
